AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING Lightning Aircraft's Aerospace Manufacturing Division specializes in the CNC machining of a wide range of aircraft and ground support parts and the 3D surfacing milling of composite tooling molds and plugs to customer specifications, blue prints and/or electronic data. We are equipped to machine parts from a spectrum of materials (aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium and composite) from any number of mediums, such as billet, castings, and forgings, with the greater emphasis being on billet machining, and are capable of small to medium subassemblies.
