Billet, forgings and casting are machined to precision tolerances using high-end CAD/CAM drawing systems and modern machining centers to insure the we offer the highest quality parts at the most competitive prices on the market. Lightning's key staff boasts over twenty years experience in CAD/CAM programming and the machining of aircraft parts, which guarantees Lightning the confidence and know how to accomplish even the most intricate of jobs, and guarantee they are completed on time and with the precision and appearance the customer desires.

Each state of manufacturing is closely monitored and the quality and job flow documented, from original planning and programming to final shipping, to ensure complete customer satisfaction at the lowest price possible to our customers. Delivering top quality parts and services to our customers is of the most importance to Lightning. Although we are currently operating under a MIL-I-45208A quality system, we are actively integrating an AS9100 Quality Management System into our facilities. Projected date of complete implementation and compliance is early 2010. CMM reports will soon be available on-site on all composite molds, plugs and machined parts
