COMPOSITE TOOLING OF MOLDS AND PLUGS

Lightning provides full CAD/CAM programming services and CNC surfacing milling of composite tooling molds and plugs for a variety of industries, with special emphasis on the aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industries. Diligent care is taken with every project to provide each and every customer with the highest quality tooling possible for their composite lay-ups. Recent projects include tooling for aircraft ducts, wing and surface panels, and UAV and experimental aircraft body components.

CMM reports will soon be available on-site on all composite molds and plugs.
