Lightning Aircraft, Inc. is offering all of our engines designs, CAD/CAM files, machining fixtures and tooling For Sale. We also have the Ares UAV design For Sale. We no longer have the time to pursue these projects. We are NOT selling the company Lightning Aircraft, Inc. just the engine and UAV portion of the company. The UAV is about 80% complete in our 3D software. The outer surfaces of the airframe, as well as most of the bulkheads are also complete. We are asking $500,000.00 for everything or we can sell UAV design separately, and we would ask that you contact us for more details. Marcus Haynes/ President Welcome to the website of Lightning Aircraft, Inc. Lightning consists of two internal divisions: the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Division and the Aerospace Mfg. Division. The UAV Division manufactures an entire product line of opposed, two-cycle engines and related component parts with commercial, local and state government, and military applications for the unmanned aircraft industry. The Aerospace Mfg. Division manufactures component parts, minor subassemblies and composite tooling for government/military, civilian and experimental aircraft and ground support.

Company ProfileLightning Aircraft, Inc. began operations in 1998 under the assumed name Lightning Aircraft Engines, and incorporated in early 2006. The company was then split into two distinct divisions. Each continues to grow and diversify under current ownership.
