NEWS 604D4-FI Engine Goes Direct!4/04/07 -- The 604D4-FI engine will be available in a direct propeller drive version. The belt drive version has proven its reliability, but does not adapt to all the configurations out there, so LAI will offer both versions. The engine will retain the digital fuel injection for optimal high altitude operations and fuel economy. Testing of the prototype direct drive engine will take place in summer of 2007 and should be available in late 2007. For More Information Contact: |
